Lido staking rewards calculator
Estimate what an ETH deposit into Lido Finance would earn as stETH. Rewards are compounded daily, matching how stETH rebases in practice. All figures are estimates based on the APR you enter — the real rate moves with network conditions.
- Per day
- 0.0009 ETH
- Per month
- 0.0263 ETH
- Per year
- 0.3252 ETH
Over 1 year(s) you would earn about 0.3252 ETH in rewards, for a total balance of 10.3252 stETH — roughly $975.48 at the ETH price entered.

How this calculator works
The maths is deliberately simple and transparent. Your APR is divided by 365 to get a daily rate, then compounded across the number of days in each period. That mirrors stETH's daily rebase, where yesterday's reward becomes part of today's earning balance — which is why the annual figure sits slightly above simple interest. The APR you enter should already be net of the Lido Finance protocol fee, because that is the rate published to depositors; the raw network yield before fees is higher.
What makes the real number differ
Three things move the outcome. First, the network-wide amount of staked ETH: as more validators join, issuance per validator falls, so APR drifts down. Second, execution layer activity — priority fees and MEV are lumpy, and a busy month lifts the rate noticeably. Third, gas costs at entry and exit, which the calculator ignores and which can dominate for very small deposits. A one-off deposit fee that costs a month of rewards changes a short-horizon result materially. The staking rewards guide works through each component.
Before you rely on the number
An estimator tells you the upside and nothing about the downside. Staked ETH is subject to a withdrawal queue, stETH can trade below its redemption value during a rush for the exit, and smart contract and operator risk are real. Read is Lido Finance safe alongside this tool, and if the position will be used as collateral, hold wstETH rather than stETH. Quick answers
- How much can I earn staking ETH with Lido Finance?
- Rewards track Ethereum's network issuance and priority fees minus the protocol fee, historically landing in a low single-digit annual percentage range. Enter your amount and an APR assumption in the calculator above to see daily, monthly and yearly figures.
- Is the Lido staking APR fixed?
- No. It moves with the total amount of ETH staked network-wide and with transaction fee activity. Treat any APR figure as a snapshot, not a promise.
- Do stETH rewards compound?
- Yes. Because stETH rebases daily, yesterday's rewards are part of today's earning balance, so the yearly figure is slightly above simple interest.
